We incorporate our values of sustainability into every aspect of our company. From manufacturing to shipping we strive to create the least amount of waste as possible. We ship plastic-free!


How can you be more sustainable?

Each order comes with a step-by-step guide explaining the best ways to dispose of your shipping materials. Please try your best to put as little in the trash as possible! 



Shipping 

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates vary and are calculated based on factors such as: location, weight of package, speed of shipping. 


How fast is your shipping? 

We calculate multiple shipping options for you to choose from based on your location, preferred shipping speed, and the weight of the order. 


How can I verify that my order is confirmed?

If the order has been confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email with your order details including your order number. Please allow 24 hours to receive a confirmation email. 


How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email when the order is processed with a link to track the shipment. Please allow between 1-2 business days to receive the tracking number. 


Can I cancel the order?

Unfortunately once your order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. 


Do you ship internationally?

We do! Please check with your countries customs policies to confirm that we can ship to you. There may be extra customs costs and duties applied to your order, the customer is responsible for such charges. 

 

Customs?

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. 



Returns

Do you offer returns?

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or returns at this time. This is because the item can no longer be considered new once it has been delivered and it cannot be sold to another customer. Please don't purchase unless you feel 100% sure of your purchase.



Exchanges/Damages 

What if my product arrives damaged? 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of the item's delivery date. The customer must include photos of the issue, including photos of the packaging of the product as well as a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

You can contact us at info@highlands-accessories.com to report a damaged purchase. If your submission is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Once it has been determined that your product was damaged during shipping we will send out a replacement or issue a refund.  

If you feel that your item contains a manufacturer defect, please contact info@highlands-accessories.com with a description and photographs of the issue.
